The Challenge

To replace 3 passenger lifts at 11 week intervals, keeping 2 lifts in service at all times during office hours, fully compliant to all latest safety standards and legislation in existing shafts within an occupied office building.

The Solution

A very high level of on-site and off-site design, planning, management and controls throughout the entire project, ensuring disruption was contained to a minimum and multi trades worked successfully in conjunction with each other to ensure safe and efficient working practices. Good communication with client and building users throughout the project duration.
